Would like to get an idea on reliability

Hello, we are looking for some experienced and reliable GCs in the Spring / Conroe area of TX for some full house rehabs around $50K size job or so.  

Considering that as long as the U.S. has an economy where we manufacture goods, Memphis will have consistent, reliable and stable jobs. 

They are, instead, looking for (they hope) a lower volatility, predictable investment in a company that will reliably generate cash.

Your scores (1-5; 5 - excellent) for reliability, user-friendly, time-saving, cost (is there any point at all in paying for this (e.g. propelio ...)?

I am in the process of acquiring several new duplexes in the Denver area, and am looking for a reliable property manager. 

This is why any PM worth their salt has income, criminal and credit requirements for tenants- they give you information about how reliable an applicant is without touching on any protected classes.

However, the main dilemma is in the valuation of the Realty Corp buy-in and buy-out because from what I understand, the medical office would be much more valuable with a 7 year lease in place (and the tenant is reliable and reputable) than if there is only a few months left in the lease or no lease at all since the market.

I admit their are still pretty many gaps.in my knowledge such as estimating rehab costs, getting reliable local contractors and finding a good property manager.
