My father and I are currently looking for our first real estate project in the US.

I did get my real estate in North Carolina during covid but then decided to move and settle in Denver, CO.

I'd highly suggest attending as many local real estate networking events as possible in Seattle - find the host, make friends with them, and ask which general contractors they know, or ask who is doing the most deals in the group and ask them.

What I've done for our quest outside the USA is to find the best local real estate agent in the area I'm looking in.

Spoke to a local real estate agent and some others and so far everyone says that it would be a huge headache (legalities etc) and would cost a ton up front.
