I do not have a realtor/broker license and have recently been reading that it has become harder to connect buyers and sellers without legal repercussions because of this.My question is what is the best way to connect a seller to a buyer without infringing on the legal properties that licensed realtors have dedicated to them?

This is a question that only your own attorney can answer after actually reading the language of the deed.

I have been reading, listening to podcasts and more but have yet to find a post that walks through the basics of the wholesale process as a buyer.

I have read a few posts on other sites that leave me wondering about vacay rental agreements.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki and that changed the way I looked at wealth building. 

I'm still focused on reading as much as I can get my hands on about real estate but plan to be ready for my first deal by next year.
