These investors may be able to provide you with the names of contractors and vendors who have proven track records of providing quality work at competitive prices.Another option is to research contractors and vendors online and read reviews and ratings from previous customers.

Just because your approved up to $180K doesn't mean it fits into your quality of life to spend that much especially if its on an asset that is values at $55K less than that.

Trying to guess the quality of the interior of the units without seeing each of them.  

Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

However, the rates and terms of them do tend to vary a lot more from bank to bank and the terms can be negotiated depending on the quality of the credit (not just credit score) and how badly the bank wants the business.What are you looking at financing and what's your experience?

Amy Vargas is pretty active on here and started a PM company because she was an investor and fed up with the poor quality of PM here.

Quality contractors are hard to find and worth every penny.
