Always used Craigslist to advertise but I’m going for a much different clientele.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

A public open house, well advertised as opposed to an agent open house, which is a waste of time in my opinion. 

FOAC has marketing pieces that are advertising financing on vacation rentals, which I'd love to obtain.
