Longtime landlord in Chicago area , doing a 1031 and purchasing a executive home on the water in Chattanogga area . Would like to rent it out for 2 years until we relocate. I’m not finding any comparables on the water . Always used Craigslist to advertise but I’m going for a much different clientele. Any advice ? I contacted VW for a corporate rental but no feedback.
