@Courtney Brown what everybody else above said... but I will also add, I respond to messages within minutes of receiving them and being in the mountains, I check the weather and let them know when bad stuff may be coming (i.e. power may go out-plan accordingly, etc. and give them an update on when it should be back on if it does go out).
