A lot of plantings were put in when the house was new and now are over grown for the spot where they are and roots can be pushing against the foundation or causing water penetration.We will repair outside decks, porches, patios, etc, but usually don't build a new one of those.

First, when looking to answer that question consider the fact that but a few times in history (not with positive results either) the US has not paid down its national debt but rather grown the economy to a better looking debt to gdp ratio.

(often they need the place so bad they even let me clean up while the are getting organized, so ofter we only have one or two half a day to do it) If they market is not as hot, just offer two weeks of free rent if they sign lease now, and while they live in the unit for free, make the improvements to the unit.ps even if you want to give them free rent, make sure they pay your full month of rent deposit etc... and just "pro rate" the following month to be on the safe side!
