I started in real estate as an agent in 2009 with Keller Williams.

Owning real estate is basically the same as being in the service industry and sometimes the end of a lease isn’t going to coincide with the best dates for a landlord to rent.

I know that myself, as a buyer, if I cannot walk the property then I am either going to pass or offer far less money to account for what it is I may not be able to see.

For anyone who started out on Biggerpockets and still doing real estate, how has BiggerPockets helped you? 

Posters will chime in on recommended strategy but real estate is extremely localized and the fundamentals of the real estate in any given market are what should be dictating your investment strategy not arbitrarily deciding to buy single family homes vs. duplexes. 

I'm not sure hot tub would be a good bracket to place a soaking tub, as pointed out hot tubs offer more than what you have pictured.

Thought this would be a cool topic to see what Chicago BP investors seeing for real life rent growth in 2024? 

I am a current restaurant owner who is looking to become eventually full time real estate investor.
