Are there benefits for putting more down just to avoid PMI?

That's a pretty solid area both because it's Tosa for schools but also, you benefit from Enderis Park to the north.

To me, that is one of the main benefits, along with that there are major universities, a very diverse range of industries (alot of Oil/Gas too though) suburbs that are booming now and have been for a very long time.

To make a long story short, I really enjoy learning about the benefits and strategies of investing in real estate.
