There isn't a lot of investors in the area online, they seem to be older, but you can still find a growing FB group 

Can anyone direct me to a credible site for pre-licensing in real estate sales in NYS.Thanks,Irv

@Peter Bui there is so much good advise other experts have given up here and here is my two cents “Invest in yourself” before you invest any of your money on real estate and there is so much information and expert opinions here on bp and other places online.

I pay them via paypal, venmo, walmart2walmart or some other form of online payments as projects are completed.I have a solid buddy take my calls via a team phone service routed through multiple call systems and he also views houses while I'm gone for a split of the deal.

I started out by looking for deals online.

Based off the pictures online it looks like it is in pretty good condition with little rehab.

The vast majority of my bookings are on Airbnb and I made the amateur move of paying the flat fee to Homeaway when I signed up.
