In Rich Dad Poor Dad lingo, my current "profession" is developing energy efficiency and reliability opportunities in Chrysler manufacturing facilities, lowering manufacturing facility/process life cycle costs.

I'm not taking it lightly as I know it's serious stuff.

You may not be able to get the same prices we do, but these are some of our baseline contractor prices to do the following complete renovations to these respective areas:Complete Kitchen Remodel: $3,500 (refinish existing cabinets, install ceramic tile flooring, new Formica countertops, new stainless sink with new brushed nickel faucet, new cabinet fixtures, new basic light fixtures, other basic repairs, and all labor included - does not include appliances).

Many of the items on the list of violations are fairly normal stuff (i.e. light fixtures replaced, new electrical outlets and covers, add GFCI's in wet areas, replace some screens/windows, water heaters).

I've had a long time passion for all things RE related and now have the financial means to leave my full time role "working for the man" and use all of that energy and RE aspirations to focus on this full time, without any distraction from a 9-5 day job.

Being single I have the time and energy to pursue this but for now it will have to be on a part time basis.

As opposed to going to big energy company like Duke or whoever and have them pay for your roof and you sign an agreement for the energy.
