Then buyer negotiates game room above garage...so that adds 400sqft to the build....legit...it is there, not added on after, no size added to the footprint, building lines, etc.

I Started my Company back in July & when I say started a company, I mean I literally started a legit business using legal zoom which cost me around 3K to get things up and running.

I believe with this platform, somehow I’ll get the right answer . 

Key they must be able willing service entire state AND they GIVE LEGIT DISCOUNT of at least 5%. big ?????

I know that there are some very inttelligent investors on this platform and if you could just answer this simple question, I`ll be more than greatful.

We are all investors on some level here on this platform and we all know that the market ONLY pays you based on the value you provide.

@Kyle J.I agree- we want to have the most diverse yet stable platform of tenants possible and section 8 -we’ve determined must be included in that however, there’s no need to take the risk that you mentioned.
