Real Estate investing in the Atlanta Area

Hey, My name is Marquan Gray & I am a beginner Real Estate investor in the Atlanta area. I Started my Company back in July & when I say started a company, I mean I literally started a legit business using legal zoom which cost me around 3K to get things up and running. Long story short I acquired a few contracts (“none of which fell through by way”) but because of seller hesitation or miscommunication things didn’t workout. So, I like most people became frustrated and gave up on Real Estate investing. Fast forward to today & I am at work (service manger at an auto shop) Good Money but it’s not what I want to do with my life. I decide to get back into  what I love which is Real Estate & business and start fresh. I would love to collaborate with other investors in the Atlanta area or if you have some advice on wholesaling please don't hesitate to share the wisdom.

Lastly; I am a beginner but I’m a professional, I already know the horror stories of wholesaling & that is not my way of doing business nor shall it ever be. So, I ask that only those with tangible ideas and serious information respond to this post or reach out to me. Best of Luck to Everyone!
