The non-buildable tract of 15 acres was being sold to a farmer for crops, not houses and they were not permitted because no building rights were remaining. 

Looking at a unique property which is a 4 bed / 2.5 ba main house, with what is essentially a 5 room motel semi-connected to the main house via a breezeway.  

If I do make the purchase for a house now, can I sell it in the near future or am I stuck with it?

For example if someone has owned a house for 5 years, but did NOT refinance in 2020/2021, they left thousands of dollars per year on the kitchen table, which most people will not voluntarily do if they have another choice.

In other industries that I've been in, there were companies that did this, but I haven't found any company in this industry yet that can migrate data between platforms seamlessly.We had to build an entire data migration team in-house in Miami that does it for every person that switches over.

Cleaning fee should be based on cleaning the whole house.

On it currently, sits a 4 bd/4bath house (1900 sq ft) that we built in 2018-19.

I like 3/2 brick or block houses (so I don’t have to paint) and are in the sunbelt (Specifically TX and FL markets with growing populations over 100k) because I don’t want pipes freezing, since we started investing while we were overseas.  

They have listed the house on the market.

Do people think this is a viable way to build greener and more affordable housing?
