I don't have any suggestions for FL lenders, but I have a few foreign national clients and getting an American Express card on the strength of their international bank credit has gone a long way towards making the process easier for them working with US lenders.

Face to face is always best and the Covid thing is not a hindrance to doing business in person......I would carry on as usual and keep the Zoom stuff for backup....

Trying to fill vacant dates, stuff like that.

Finding tenants, replacing their appliances, fixing the stuff they break when they move in, all those fun things.  

Definitely not the cheapest, but they seem to know their stuff.

But, in this particular situation, the free stuff is outputting more information effectively than what I've paid for... that I have a problem with.

However generally the big bidders bid high on the safest stuff.

This is where your agent should come in and guide you through all these items and confirm a lot of stuff that was asked about and they should be able to lead you to getting money back or a successful reduction in price.
