Hello All,
I'm looking to get into Real Estate and wanted to reach out to a CPA that is knowledgeable and investor-friendly to help plan out what is the best path forward and will help me build my team. Have any suggestions around the Ann Arbor area?

@Dan Deng - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Ann Arbor.
There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country. You can just reach out to them and determine which one fits your needs the best.

@Dan Deng you may want to check out UHY Advisors. They have an office on Eisenhower in Ann Arbor and cover many specialties including real estate. Definitely not the cheapest, but they seem to know their stuff.
