Best ways to Find Financial Partners in a COVID world

Hey BP Fam! Sophomore Investor here! Was wondering if you all had any ideas on best practices on finding financial partners, besides lenders, and banks, that would be open to partnering on deals in a virtual world? Been calling and trying to Zoom with people but would like focus my efforts instead of shooting in the dark. Especially when I'm looking to invest in markets outside of my own. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
