You can't rent the house out forever and then move back into it for 2  years then expect a full capital gains exclusion.

But that' doesn't excuse a sloppy in experienced QI who is about to cost you more than you're probably saving by using them.There has been a convention for the list and how it looks and has evolved in the mainstream QI industry.

But, right now they're investing a lot into the infrastructure, building up out-lying neighborhood markets, and expanding upon the tech industry growth that is bringing in an influx of young professionals into the city.Try crunching your numbers for a few properties here in Indy and see if they'll work in your ROI model.Best of luck to you!!
