Recently I was looking to expand my area of investing (my price range is $100-$150k in Pittsburgh and Richmond, which is on the lower end of spectrum but still has legitimate buying power). I have spoken with two realtors in Pittsburgh, one in Raleigh, and one in Northern Virginia, this one about a $300k condo. All have expressed interest and asked for my contact info to set up an MLS search for me.
None have gotten back to me.
I told them I'm ready to buy, I get to the point, they should be able to tell I'm not here to waste their time.
So what's the deal? Is it common for realtors to not pursue a buyer for no apparent reason? What could be the reason?
