New to BP, but Current Investor

Hello All,

I am new-ish to BP, but I have been investor for a few years now. Right now, I mainly only have properties in Cleveland and Toronto. I was wondering if anyone has any leads on some other good markets like these? I may purchase a few more in Cleveland, but I have not made up my mind yet. The prices are good there so I know it is a safe bet, but I may want to diversify into other markets. Any ideas?
