Beware of Fraud and Deception within the network of brokers and agents.I would advise you to do investing on your own by reading and learning as much as you can online.The network is setup to sell as many homes as possible every month to meet a quota.

There is no short cut.As to my experience with fraud (and I generally view gurus/systems/coaching as fraud at least in the way it is marketed to newbies), I have looked into the face of individuals who were currently being scammed over the internet and told them they were being ripped off.

Don't get caught up in mortgage fraud, it's not worth it at all.Fha loans are for primary residences only. 

Also, the consultants and lenders are not supposed to be referring contractors because of the possible conflict of interest / identity of interest that HUD requires everyone to avoid. 

Account Closed The 203k Consultant is wrong and possibly committing Mortgsge fraud.

How about other things such as fraud?

So they aim to pay slightly less than the average rent.All of these mixed together can result in two identical units right next to each other having slightly different rent rates especially if the landlord negotiates each lease at different times.
