But every pipe under the sinks leaked, the windows were covered in dirt and bugs, the garage door opener did not work, and the outside A/C compressor unit had been stolen (meaning replacement of the heating and a/c system).

Up here in the north, we heat with oil and landlords even bill back the tenant's share of heating expense.We got rid of the RUBS company and now just bill the tenants ourselves.
