Hello,I am looking for a local Omaha, NE student and/or investor to be a stand-in at a local RE meeting that I can no longer make.

Would selling it make more financial sense for this market?

What I am saying is that you have probably been misled about the amount of time, effort, and risk involved, both financial and legal.

Financially, that alone will make it make sense. 

I currently work for Enterprise and believe that real estate can help me attain the financial freedom that I long for.

I've become obsessed with the idea of using real estate to achieve financial freedom and to fuel my adventure travel lifestyle.

30 Days Due Dalliance with option to increase to another 30 days.Due Diligence to start AFTER you receive all the financial information, copy of leases etc.

However at 6' I am able to stand in the majority of the room space without worrying about hitting my head.If there are question I am missing I'd love to get some more experienced landlords opinions.Also, if you have any input on how many bedrooms can be added to roughly 500 sq ft (1 v 2) that would be great.Thanks in advance,Brian
