Once you are in a position to move on to the next property, rent out the unit you are vacating and hold on to it for extra income.And do yourself a favor, use a VA guru lender that knows their stuff, not the call centers (USAA, NFCU, and VU.

Something I’ve thought about for some time, but without action...you know....I’ve been studying and researching for a little over a year now, but making connections is my growth area so that I can form a good community to learn and work with.Whats the best thread/article you’ve come across on:- finding the first deal/learning with others executing a deal- creating a successful team (contractors, inspectors, real estate lawyers, etc.)- analyzing deals (preferably comparing 2 or more deals)There are so many threads here, so maybe this can help me get to some specific links or info a bit faster.

Of course, we salespeople often recommend what we know best - and I may be no different ;) - but again, smart investors always look at the best options in the nation, and decide where the best place to put our investment dollars are... factoring in the returns, the potential for appreciation, and most importantly, the strength of the team on the ground.

(it what was on the 17 yearly report)it was owner managed until late 16. when the property management team came in they made major changes and repairs.out of the 9 units the longest tenets is only 2 years most are only 1 year.
