I don't like DST's except in certain situations.The way they are constructed they are front loaded with fees and the passive investor doesn't control the exit.

I suppose there are exceptions to that general rule, but I would not try that with the Milwaukee metro market, or at least in the low-cost market (I suppose the more expensive suburbs are safer, but the margins are terrible - lol).
