@Michael White , no worries at all.. hot tub is a huge pain to get it maintained .. most folks don’t respect instructions and it needs dumping out water very frequently .

That's exactly the AirBnb killing piece of legislation I was referencing.Legalized in some capacity, perhaps - but killing any full-time business opportunity for entrepreneurs.

I instruct all of my clients to buy a cabin with mountain or some sort of special views, hot tub / pool table and or other amenities.

Venmo does not do this, they instruct the parties to work it out among themselves.
