Best STR market in state with no state income tax?

Currently own/manage 17 rentals in the greater Palm Springs market (Indio,Bermuda Dunes, Coachella). But state income taxes are ridiculous out here. Looking to buy a STR in a market with similar returns as the Palm Springs market in a state with no income tax. Out here I can get 5/6 bedroom home for 800k-1mill that grosses 200k/year. Any suggestions? What about North Miami? North Palm Beach? Delray Beach?

Remember that State Income Tax is only one form of taxation. The bottom line is all that counts.
