My idea of "rich" is waking each day knowing that I am working because I want to and enjoy it....Looking to just get my feet wet in wholesaling to help in building up knowledge and finances to allow me ability to buy and hold at a later date.....Reading about mentors right now and if there is anyone in the Omaha area that wouldnt mind helping a newbie out it would be greatly appreciated....dont have vast knowledge to pass on but willing to learn and help out however I can be of help even to a "seasoned" investor!

I like what I do but when I decide to walk away from the force I would like to be in a great position financially so I can really enjoy life.

I enjoy listening to you on the Podcasts, I hope you and Joshua keep them up, they are invaluable.

I enjoy Sean Terry's and my good Friend Todd Toback's podcasts.

I am a few classes into it and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.

.- In the yard grass is your friend and flower beds are your enemy ( unless you enjoy digging cigarette butts out of bushes) Or paying someone to clean them up for you. - Make sure no trees over hang or come close to touching your rough.

For me, I REALLY enjoy using my skills/talents to help other people.
