Powell is definitely encouraging higher inflation.

However, many business accounts come with additional fees, so if you don’t have an LLC I would encourage you to just use a separate personal account.

However, I would still encourage you to learn some basics before you start.

I always encourage new investors if there uncomfortable not to do the deal.

The commissions here are too small to be meaningful unless I concentrate on southern or mid-coast Maine and no, that's not my cup of tea. 

The tenant pays it, and you can charge the same deposit you’d charge a regular non-Section 8 tenant (including the full rent amount).I’d encourage you to collect the full amount too, just like you would with a regular tenant, and not allow the tenant to make installment payments for the deposit after they move in.
