Chloey M. Section 8 Tenant--Who Pays the Security Deposit?

The tenant pays it, and you can charge the same deposit you’d charge a regular non-Section 8 tenant (including the full rent amount).I’d encourage you to collect the full amount too, just like you would with a regular tenant, and not allow the tenant to make installment payments for the deposit after they move in.

But otherwise, I'd encourage you to just post the order (minus the commentary) and let people read it for themselves as it seems as if you're misunderstanding/misquoting it and many people may not actually read it for themselves to see what it actually says.

It encourages utility waste, the landlord doesn't care what the bill is, the wasteful tenant doesn't care because the young professional will be subsidizing them and the young professional is frustrated because no matter how they try to conserve, they are ultimately going to be covering the costs of the other tenants.

WilliamsIt does not seem that the issue with with the IRA, but rather with the investment provider who encouraged you to setup a self-directed IRA so you could invest in their opportunities.A self-directed IRA is simply an IRA platform with different processing capacity.
