I've been hesitant to go into business with friends, but it could be a powerful play, and a valuable learning experience.

In our area (Orlando / Kissimmee / Davenport), summer is super busy.

I assume, I will have to open business accounts and use those to manage my business expenses and business earnings etc.

I'd agree....but his guests will fell creeped out and hurt his business.

There are a lot of agents in Orlando and the rest of the country because people think it is easy money.

Even if you create a non-CA LLC, if you are managing the business from California, you will likely be deemed to be "doing business" in California and therefore likely subject to CA taxes.
