Greetings fellow REI's. I'm living on a farm in Zimbabwe. Hi my name is Allister Banks. I've just recently become a bigger pocket's Pro. I'd like to thank Bigger Pockets for all the wonderful content which I have been busy going through. It's a bit daunting to be embarking on learning real estate in a country like Zimbabwe which suffers from extreme hyper inflation. Zero credit facilities or mortgage options and investor lethargy. By the grace of God I've managed to hang on to most of my family's Farm from government aided land grabs and I'm looking to educate myself on the various options available to me for an exit strategy of this property. I really am seeking out the financial education to make the best decisions and grow my late father's legacy for my children and family. And hopefully with a successful result on that front afford me the opportunity of Real Estate investing around the world
