What we found is that you can get the documentation at no cost and with no proof of need, but our lawyer said as a landlord in Florida you're not obligated to accept the paperwork unless it's backed up by a doctor's letter.

(It's a small town, hard to find somebody you don't know)  I got a letter from the IRS for $4200 in late fees, his communication is unacceptable, etc , it was not a fun experience  I just really need a good investor-friendly, honest, go-getter CPA who is accepting new clients,  thanks in advance!
