I sent a letter demanding payment, which she paid $550 immediately, after two weeks of not hearing a word and not being able to get in touch, I served a demand for possession letter, and then filed a dispossession.July's rent is now past due, and I have a court date, but I think I just realized I made a mistake.

We have removed and replaced the roof, replaced all ceiling sheet rock and finished, to include replaced all enterior doors to date.  

Ultimately if you don't sell and someone (family, friends, siblings, etc) inherits property, and they decide to sell later, they pay capital gains tax based only on the value of the property as of the date of death.

There are some sites that are very hit and miss pipl.com is one.

As far as Zillow and all of those other sites go.
