NJ Real Estate Auction

Hi all, We attended our first foreclosure auction yesterday to watch and learn how the process works. I think it was well worth the $8 in parking (I think I can avoid the next time...) and 2 hours sitting in a room (we left a little early). The room was pretty packed, but most of the properties had only a handful of bidders, if any. We even met a wholesaler when we were leaving. I think we will do some research and pop in every once in a while to see if we can find some deals. Anyone else with experience? Take care, Nick
