Actually, you'd have to throw the phrase, "Preserve our property values" into the above quote approximately 10-12 times, because HOA board members have a fixation on preserving property values (something mostly not within their control) that borders on the absurd.

LA just happens to be across the border much harder for those jumping the border to make their way to Pittsburg or Detroit.. being strong union held areas as well undocumented workers have a much tougher time at it.

Q7) Does this suggest to you or the others that the property is legitimate even though the county shows it crossing multiple parcels and not having been subdivided (it's actually a large lot, so the 4 lots would have been divided and then re-aggregated to create the current parcel description)?
