Class A neighborhood dropped about 10-15%; class B neighborhood dropped about 25-35%; class C neighborhood dropped 50%-65%; class D neighborhood dropped as much as 80-85%.Fast forward to 2013, class A neighborhood is back to or past peak 2006-2007 prices; class B is getting close to peak prices; and class C is at about 65%-75% peak prices.
