Some other good ones that are pretty easy would be the Black Diamond meetings, which Ann is one of the co-hosts of, in both Worcester and Waltham (Believe next meetings are the 20th and 27th respectively).

The property really is mainly cosmetic upgrades to this point (knock on wood).Finally to my question: To be considered "higher end" do the appraisers typically take into consideration appliances (i.e. stainless steel vs black or white appliances)?
