For example - the tenant made a request to have 4 repairs made (air filter change, two light bulbs and a reset breaker)- they created a separate work order for each which created 4 separate service call charges and dinged me for .5 hours for EACH call as well.

Different roller coasters entirely, nothing tying them together, no central nexus of guidelines, no homogeneity of product (the terms/conditions of jumbo 30 year fixed can also vary).I see ballpark that same spread when I check with different jumbo end lenders -- invariably, the hyper low rate lender has the most stringent guidelines and the ones in the high 4s or even low 5s (!!!)
