I had the intent on supplementing my direct marketing by sending video text messages to prospects.

Thanks to running into some of the videos that Brandon Turner had placed on YouTube I have found this wonderful site and wealth of resources.

Next I will advise you to educate yourself here by listening to podcast and youtube videos made bt Biggerpockets contributors, Then I will meet up with Real estate investing group in your city; if one do not exist start one.

Again, imagine if your senior citizen mom casually mentioned they got a $70k loan against their house and gave the money to “a guy that called and aid he could help her sell the home.”
