I feel that there is a HUGE difference between a "Loan Officer" and an "Application Taker"!

They wanted 7 bedrooms and 3 baths -- five rooms to be used as bedrooms and the other two for an office/study area.

It also has a 1 room plus bathroom contractor type office attached to a garage.This is a pure residential area, but besides doing STR with the ADU, what might some ideas for the garage office?

If they do know about the product there is always something to correct in what they have been told by other loan officers.  

They do debt and equity placement and often have offices outside of the major cities.

The officers adviced me to seek legal actions stating that they can't do anything to the seller without court orders because it is now a civil case.
