s from thr prior week.. if this happened from almost doing the transaction for ten grand then either I got a pass somehow or the whole thing IS public knowledge and not worth anything other than learning stuff in thr group and lives that you can learn in other groups and similar live experiences..with a new car in your pocket to drive you around to meet up!

The more skill and experience acquiring and managing properties you have the easier and more lucrative this strategy can be, and perhaps how you're seeing examples of people scaling quickly.I also don't see people have much luck asking for someone to mentor them in the forums.

Although you don't have a lot of experience, you could look for a fix and flip or BRRRR investor, partner with them on a purchase and split the profits.
