I would say it's pretty strong considering the 2 colleges (UF and Santa Fe) along with the 2 large hospitals (North Florida & UF Health). 

Unless 2008-2009 this was not caused by some underlying abuse of the system and it is a global health issue.

For example, I used to read many articles on Mens Health/Fitness online as well as through their magazines and I have learned and implemented their many suggestions on what to eat, variations on known workouts and correcting my form.

Their health worsens, they get careless or complacent.  

Grounds for good cause may sound obvious, but they include the following reasons:Failing to pay rent when due or owed.Disorderly conduct that disturbs the peace and quiet of neighbors.Tenant’s gross negligence which has caused damage or destruction to the premises.Continued violation or breach of landlord’s reasonable rules.Failure to pay rent after a valid notice to quit and a reasonable rent increase.Premises will be demolished due to housing violations affecting health and safety.Owner’s desire to permanently retire the premises from residential use.Tenant’s refusal to accept proposed new terms of lease that are reasonable at termination of the lease and lease renewal.The building where the premises is located is being converted to a condo or coop structure.The tenancy was conditioned on the tenant being employed as a superintendent, janitor, or in some other capacity and the employment is being terminated.

You may qualify for a partial exclusion of the gain if you sold because of a change in employment, health reason, or unforeseen circumstance. 

Sorry, but for health and safety reasons, I need to terminate the lease and for you to vacate the property immediately.

Currently I work full time in the field of employee benefits as a health/life insurance agent. 

I also plan to attend The meeting that Stephen mentioned , I have missed the first and second one due to a family members health issues.

I haven't done much of anything the last 3 years because my health was crap ..
