Good Morning BP,

I am looking for a reputable full service Property Management company in Gainesville, FL. This would be for a STR that I have not purchased yet, but planning to in the next 30-60 days. Any recommendations are appreciated!

I would say it's pretty strong considering the 2 colleges (UF and Santa Fe) along with the 2 large hospitals (North Florida & UF Health).  There is also a large sports complex being built in Celebration Pointe that will bring in people from all over the state that will need hotels/short term rentals.  I'm a commercial broker and investor and would be happy to give you any advice I can.
