I'm just starting out in the real estate wholesaling scene and I've seen some properties in my searches that have some promise, at least to my inexperienced eye.

This area is walkable to bars, etc.  

Look at a map of what has happened in Logan Square in the last 5-10 years and you'll see it has gone from having a ton of vacant retail space to having an abundance of some of the best restaurants and bars in the city, and it's not slowing down anytime soon.

@Franz Fernanez I would recommend contacting a law firm that is a NARCA (National Creditors Bar Association) member.

There is some good energy up there with the growing arts scene and new investments coming in ($65 million for an expansion to Mass MoCA that's just opening). 

I'm new and rather inexperienced to the real estate investing scene.

I showed up to this arranged meeting wearing a suit, and I'm glad I did because they were wearing custom $2K suits in this low lit bar.  

I Know it's wrong, I do have a warped scenes of enjoyment, but I can not resist the pleasure I derive from making their lives miserable while all along they have the misconception they are making mine miserable.
