@Lisa I would then hire an employee, pay taxes, workers Comp, background check etc... if not that, look for a handyman guy from Craigslist and hope that he is not a drunk or wacko!

A little background on my current situation.

I'm still in the learning phase and my approach has been to hear out the opinions and strategies of a lot of different people who came from different areas/backgrounds -- no matter how much I REALLY like/admire somebody, I never want to start drinking too much koolaid from one person :)

I joined a brokerage here in Provo that had a broker with a background in investing (Steve Bond - RE/MAX Equity & FIG).

Hello to everyone in BP.I'm getting started in investing in the wholesaling in the Houston Market.I have an I.T. background and building out a new website for investing and wholesaling in the Houston Market.A couple of trouble points I'm having is the following.Analyzing a good deal ( I understand the concept of contracting the property at a lower price than market value and selling to the right buyer.)

So my cousin, who has a good bit of time as well as a homebuilding background, but little cash and no credit, is proposing we start investing together.  

., like I've said before, given that you're from JAX, NC and in your pic I see the red brick background that looks like you're standing in front of a Marine HQ or Chow Hall somewhere on CL or Geiger, so you get a pass and I'll hold back on replying to your comments like I would normally do.
