They foreclose on the lien and then auction the actual property usually through jsjauctions.com.

Hello All, Thank you for sharing your insights.Okay, So I am focusing on finding MOTIVATED wholesale deals...I have leads of folks that are heading to auction in 3-4 weeks.What is the best way you have found to approach these folks and planting the seed for them to sign the damnI am on track of visiting 50 homes a month, not including absantee owners.
