You should speak with a professional.Adding foreign investors into the mix can and often does add significant compliance overhead.US estate tax planning as well as income tax planning needs to be considered for the foreign individual. 

Look and act like a real business not as an individual, trying something out.. because without a real business front.. that is exactly what you look like... an individual trying something out.

I’m in need of individual meters on each apartment I have no clue of cost so just trying to get a ballpark $$ amount and will I have to install the ele panels too

The house is empty so people can schedule a showing any time, and so far all feedback from people who were at least somewhat interested came from those individual showings.We do have photos which I think are good -- maybe could be better -- and a video tour.

The bank will be careful about how much exposure they are willing to take on with a single individual and or company.  

The homes will typically appreciate, BUT as long as the builders are still putting up new houses in your area, there will be more of an incentive for buyers to go with the builder and buy new rather than buy "used" from an individual seller.
