When you answer you then get an advertisement back saying -they are part of a team and they want to sell you something and go see their listings and ect.I think this is very deceptive and I see no reason for it.

The county advertised it in the local paper(the paper also posted to their website) in Nov 2012 and sold it to a local company in Dec 2012.

I see they are advertised as occupied when I drive by they look darn vacant,,,but cant say for sure. 

You can find great BDs on craigslist as long as you advertise it correctly.
