FYI- Bigger Pockets is featuring 2 eBooks by "J Scott" (an expert investor) that are basically like textbooks for this business - I bought them & they are well worth the $29 for the digital versions.

It's a hell of a dense read and will take you from soup to nuts and has enough chapters that you can easily get to the nugget you want to read without spending too much time searching.Is that book available on audio version?
